It started out a few years ago as just a personal blog specific to MMA & boxing, and I quickly realized it was an effective therapy for treating my MMA addiction.  Surely not a unique concept, as there are tons of MMA blogs and Web sites out there.

I'm a fan, not a fighter, trainer, or promoter.  I don't owe anyone in the industry anything, and I don't have any corporate sponsors that I need to stroke...nor do I want any.  I don't sugar coat my feelings, play favorites, or get involved in industry politics.

If you want to read an honest opinion from a nearly life-long fight fan, great, I'm sure you'll enjoy this site whether we agree or disagree.  If you'd rather read meaningless, bias babble about the sport, you don't belong here; but fortunately, you have several other options.

I'm a 40-year old happily married technology professional, as well as a professional fighting junkie.  I'm somewhat of a workaholic, and I can't sit still long enough to watch TV typically unless it's a fight. I've been a boxing fan since I was 7 or 8 and an MMA fan since the inception of the UFC.

In 2007 I submitted one of my MMA Posts, "Truth Serum", to MMA Worldwide Magazine's Type In or TAPOUT writing contest; the article was published in their "Best of 2007" issue. I also love the creative aspects of audio/video production and graphic/web design.  As time permits I enjoy creating MMA wallpaper and other graphics to share with other fans, etc...
